1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and pkr111 ("pkr111," "we," "us," "our") governing access to and use of the pkr111 platform available at pkr111.win and through the pkr111 Android application.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the pkr111 platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and at your own risk.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkr111.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on pkr111, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of registration. pkr111 operates strictly as an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed.
• You may only register one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Any subsequent accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently closed, and any balance within them will be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. pkr111 may request supporting identity documents at any stage to verify this information.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your account.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that you have previously joined, or be subject to any court order that restricts your ability to enter into binding agreements.

pkr111 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.

3Account Responsibility

Your pkr111 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. Do not share your account details with any other person under any circumstances. pkr111 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your login details or failed to keep them secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pkr111 immediately via the support email listed at the bottom of this page. We will investigate and may temporarily lock the account pending investigation.

All account activity is logged. pkr111 uses this log data to resolve disputes, investigate suspected fraud, and verify the legitimacy of withdrawal requests. Bet settlement is based on the records held on pkr111 servers, which are considered definitive in the event of any dispute.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pkr111 are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr111 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is performed on deposits or withdrawals.

Supported deposit methods include:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment
• Bank transfer
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in your account dashboard

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to clear.

Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to a different person — are not permitted and will be returned or forfeited at pkr 111's discretion.

pkr111 does not charge deposit fees on its end. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside pkr111's control and responsibility.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. pkr111 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, pkr111 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not negotiable. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically within 2–6 hours of approval
• Raast and bank transfer: 1–3 business days
• Card withdrawals: 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by account tier. VIP accounts carry higher withdrawal limits and faster processing times as part of the VIP programme benefits.

6Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pkr111 — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Tennis, and Esports markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, odds cannot be changed retroactively.
• pkr111 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market or for any individual account at our discretion, without prior notice.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds and may be suspended at any time during an event. pkr111 is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a user from placing or amending an in-play bet.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the required minimum play time is completed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules per sport and market type apply and are detailed in the relevant sport section of the platform.
• Where a result is determined by a third-party official source (e.g. PCB, ICC, FIFA), pkr111 will use that official result for settlement purposes. Unofficial or social media results will not be used.
• Accumulator bets containing one or more voided selections will be settled with the voided leg removed and odds recalculated accordingly.
• pkr111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear and obvious error in odds was present at the time of placement.

7Casino & Slots

The pkr111 Game Lobby and Slot Games section operate under the same account and PKR balance as the sportsbook. All game outcomes in the Live Casino and Slot games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of real dealer actions in a controlled studio environment.

pkr111 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are generated independently of pkr111 by the game providers whose titles are integrated into the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the game provider's server, the server record will be considered correct.

If a Live Casino stream is interrupted mid-game due to a connectivity issue on your end, the game round in progress will be settled based on the outcome recorded server-side. pkr111 is not liable for losses incurred due to the user's internet connection dropping during an active game round.

Return to player (RTP) percentages vary by game and provider. RTP information for individual titles is available within the game interface itself where the provider displays it.

8Bonuses & Promotions

pkr111 offers a range of promotional bonuses including a welcome bonus for new registrations, reload bonuses, cashback offers, accumulator boosts, and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated on the Promotions page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — check the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within a set number of days from the time the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically.
• No Cash-Out Before Completion: Withdrawing real money while a bonus is active will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

9Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

pkr111 operates as an entertainment platform and reserves the right to protect the integrity of its markets and games. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across pkr111 markets or between pkr111 and any other platform;
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or obvious odds mistakes;
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure;
• Using VPN, proxy, or any other technology to obscure your location or identity on the platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion;
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not your own;
• Any conduct that pkr111 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other users, or the integrity of sports and gaming outcomes.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, pkr111 may suspend the account immediately, void all associated bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Serious cases may be referred to relevant authorities.

10Responsible Gaming

pkr111 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adults who choose to engage with betting and casino games as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to manage financial stress.

The following tools are available directly within your pkr111 account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder that notifies you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications and your account will be inaccessible.

11Suspension & Account Closure

pkr111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested;
• Confirmed duplicate account;
• Account inactivity for an extended period (as defined in account settings);
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at pkr111's discretion depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g. voluntary closure or inactivity), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via their last used payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pkr111 support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally, and the resulting balance processed as above.

12Limitation of Liability

pkr111 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous uptime and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted, pkr111 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from the user's own betting or gaming decisions;
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or technical errors beyond pkr111's reasonable control;
• Incorrect information provided by the user at registration or during identity verification;
• Unauthorised access to the user's account resulting from the user's failure to keep login credentials secure;
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr111's liability for matters that cannot be legally excluded, including gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

13Privacy & Data

pkr111 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform usage. By creating a pkr111 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting account closure, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain data for anti-fraud and compliance purposes.

14Changes to These Terms

pkr111 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via the email address on their account or through a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the pkr111 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
